Commissioning Management Consultant
To ensure the project commissioning is done by the book, our commissioning management team works with the project team from the design stage to end of the commissioning stage.
1. Commissionability Review
At the design stage, our specialist Commissioning Management will work to ensure that the commissioning stage
will go smooth without any complications or design issues. We perform a commissionability review for all the MEP
systems.
2. Submittal Review
Upon approval of project method statement format, Airlite Commissioning Management Team will request and review the
vendor method statements to implement in the project format and provide feedback to vendors on required changes
to get the consultant / client approval.
3. Checklists & Report Formats
The formats that will be used to record the checks and the testing results will be called from the vendors by our
commissioning management team, reviewed, and submitted for consultant and client approval as part of the MSRA
package.
4. Commissioning Plan
At the design stage, our specialists will work to ensure that the commissioning stage will go smooth without any complications or design issues. We perform a commissionability review for all the MEP systems.
5. Commissioning Programme
Upon approval of project method statement format, Airlite Team will request and review the vendor method statements to implement in the project format and provide feedback to vendors on required changes to get the consultant / client approval.
6. Commissioning Meeting
Airlite will organize a regular weekly meetings with the attendance commissioning team representatives, Project Manager, Engineer, Sub-contractor and other related commissioning specialists to cover the testing and commissioning progress and ensure smooth process.
7. Integrated Systems Testing
Airlite Team will coordinate and witness the integrated systems testing to ensure that all the systems are communicating, the different scenarios are well met and that equipment are responding to these systems as intended.
8. Client Training
Conducted after testing is completed (fully integrated and in automatic control) and continues to Handover. Airlite team assists and coordinates the training requirements, develops the schedule and agenda for approval, arranges the timings and attendees with the client team and specialist vendors.
9. Final Commissioning Report
The final commissioning report is a compilation of all testing results and achieved performance. It shows the final status of the systems together with a step by step description of the project specific commissioning process.
