Our specialist data center commissioning team takes care of the testing from level 1 factory testing to level 5 integrated systems testing and to go live.
As an independent 3rd party commissioning team, we manage the full process from A to Z. Starting at the earlier stages, Our team is involved at the early stages of the facility's conceptual design phase to review and ensure that the designed system is going to be commissionable without any complications and that dependencies are minimized.
1. System Acceptance Test (SAT)
While our hands-on team tests the performance of the both the electrical and the HVAC systems, our commissioning management team provides a step by step guidance to the suppliers of all the MEP systems to achieve the required individual systems performance.
2. Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
Once the the SAT tests are completed, we manage the integrated systems testing to ensure all the system are verified to work together under full load to achieve the requirements of the service level agreement (SLA) and that the data center stays up under different system failure scenarios.
3. Test Script Development
During the early stage of the data center project, our team will build and develop a testing script identifying a step by step guidance to the project specific testing and commissioning procedures taking into consideration the different designs, performance requirements and parameters.
